Part II of Communications and Study Skills examines how lawyers and judges communicate in the formal structure of the courtroom and in the world outside it. An emphasis throughout the course will be on the storytelling content of major lawsuits and on the social, moral, and political values they reflect and influence. Toward that end, we will explore how legal communications within and outside the formal legal system affect social justice goals.
