Welcome to Public International Law III. In this course, students get to engage in discourse that enhances their understanding of the world in which we live. The course is organised so that students will read and analyse legal and academic articles on public international law and develop and present summaries of the material they have read.

The third part of the course extends from students' LLB studies of the international legal system.  The course does not pretend to be exhaustive, as it cannot account for all issues and cases.
